General rules

• All instructions from hotel employees related to house rules must be followed.
• In case of fire, keep calm. Report a fire at the reception and / or hit the nearest fire alarm.
• Improper use of extinguishing agents or the improper triggering of the fire alarm is not permitted. Any consequential damage will be charged to the perpetrator or the booker of the room.
• In case of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.
• Upon check-in, proof of a valid ID must be emailed for our mandatory night registry which will be destroyed after your stay. Check-in is possible from the age of 18 years.
• We respect the privacy of our guests and visitors. For the sake of safety and compliance with house rules, however, we reserve the right to enter the room.
• Cameras are installed at various places within the building. Everyone who is in our Hotel agrees to make recordings. In the event of calamities and / or incidents, these recordings can be shown to third parties as supporting material.
• Lost property must be returned to the reception.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.
• The Management, the owner of this location and / or persons working for the Hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and / or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.
• The room must be cleaned every day due to hygiene regulations.

It is forbidden to:

• Pets are not allowed. Violation will result in a fine of € 250.
• Emergency exits to be used as normal entrances and exits.
• Bringing hotel property outside the building. In case of deliberate damage to property of the hotel, one can be held liable for the repair and / or renewal costs.
• To consume, use, trade or carry narcotics.
• Use nitrous oxide balloons and bring nitrous oxide bottles or cartridges into the room.
• To cause nuisance to someone else, for example through loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.
• More people in the room than the permitted number.
• Receiving visitors in the room. Wireless Internet is freely available in the hotel.
• You are not allowed to visit pornographic, anti-democratic, or other websites prohibited by law.
• Receiving guests in the rooms for sexual commercial activities.
• In all cases not covered by these regulations, the hotel management decides.
• Our management wishes you a pleasant and safe stay.
• Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. If this rule is violated, the hotel will charge you € 150.00 for the extra cleaning costs and / or damage suffered.
• It is absolutely forbidden to light candles / incense because of the fire alarm and fire hazard. (The security system is activated immediately).
• Certain decorations, such as confetti, are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Ask at the reception if your decoration is allowed. Additional cleaning costs or technical defects as a result of this will be borne by the guest.
• A maximum of 2 people are allowed in this room. If you wish to bring a baby, we can place a cot for this at € 15.00 per night. Children under 12 are allowed, provided that 1 adult is present and the total number of people in the room is 2. Bringing children / babies is entirely at your own risk.
• Damage, loss or destruction of property of the hotel will lead to immediate removal, liability and / or reporting to the police.
• It is mandatory to submit a valid ID
• You may use our care products, but the Marie Stella Maris bottles are in the possession of Boutique Hotel No.43, if you take them with you, we are obliged to charge you for them.
• The use, trade or possession of narcotics (in any form) is prohibited. When using and dealing in drugs, the hotel management calls the police, and can proceed with removal without a refund.
• We count on our employees to be treated with respect. Unwanted intimacies and / or intimidation will not be tolerated.
